Drink plenty of lemon water. Start every day with a large glass of water with the fresh juice of one to one half lemon added. Lemon helps bolster your liver’s detoxification abilities. Do a little massage. While lying flat on your back, you can gently massage the gallbladder and liver area, which is located along the lower rib on the right side of the body. This helps improve blood circulation to the liver.
